Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Odd Duck purchase.
If something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your order being delivered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Change of Mind Returns
If you've changed your mind, you're welcome to return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed, although your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Exchanges
Need a different item instead?
We're happy to help with exchanges where stock is available. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item, and we'll cover the postage for sending your exchanged item back to you.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care when packing every order, but if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can investigate quickly. If your item is found to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
