We’re a small family business based in South East Melbourne, Australia.
Odd Duck was created from my own experience as a mum and the way I found myself dressing my child. I loved finding clothes that looked great, but I quickly learned what I loved — and what I didn’t — about certain pieces from a practical point of view.
I wanted to create clothes that were made with intention. Pieces that are comfortable to wear, easy to move in and practical for everyday childhood, without compromising on how they look.
Every Odd Duck piece is thoughtfully designed with both in mind. The fit, fabric, colours and little details are considered through the lens of a mum who wants clothes to work in real life — while still being aesthetically pleasing and genuinely fun to wear.
Our pieces are designed to mix and match, giving little personalities room to shine and making getting dressed that little bit easier. We focus on premium quality, creating clothes made to keep up with hours of play, everyday adventures and, hopefully, be loved long enough to become a hand-me-down.
Because childhood is made up of so many little moments — and one day, they’ll be the ones you look back on as the good old days.
